☀️🧹 Bike Lane Beautifiers, Unite! 🚲😎
We’re gearing up for another awesome Clean Ride Crew event this August, and we need your help to make it a success. Join us as we work together to keep our bike paths safe and clean for everyone. This month is exciting as we will be teaming up with the Reseda Neighborhood Council Board members and Community.
📅 Date/Time: Saturday, August 17, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
📍 Meet Location: 18411 Victory Blvd, Reseda, CA 91335
What You’ll Be Doing:
Trimming trees along designated bike paths
Scooping up debris and garbage
Sweeping bike lanes
Reporting more serious issues like cracks and potholes to city officials
Since Clean Ride Crew started last year, we have cleaned up thousands of pounds of trash and tens of miles of bike paths. We have also successfully gotten scores of hazards fixed or removed.
Tools and snacks will be provided, but we encourage you to bring brooms, clippers, or any other gear you think may be helpful. Pro-tip: work/gardening gloves are a good idea!
AFTERWARD: Join us for our monthly volunteer meetup at Blue Palms Brewhouse 8440 Balboa Blvd Set 101. Food, drinks, music, and good company
