Felipe Manuel Infante-Avalos
Felipe Manuel Infante-Avalos (affectionately known as Pipé) was hit in a crosswalk on his way to school by a speeding and distracted driver. He passed away from his injuries in November 2023. This is a memorial to this bright young soul. In his mother, Adriana’s, words: "My son embodied joy and positivity unfailingly. He was truly an angel, and his happiness was unwavering. My love for you is eternal, my king. We always knew you were a celestial being sent to guard over us.”
Raymond Stephen Olivares
Raymond Stephen Olivares was born on May 21, 1995, in Los Angeles and was tragically killed on February 19, 2023, at the age of 27.
He was the innocent bystander crossing the street to his own home when a careless and reckless driver drove at excessive speed on the center divider striking Raymond and his fiancé Maria.
Trina Newman-Townsend
If the family of Trina Newman-Townsend could describe her in one word, it would be phenomenal! The love she gave and the sacrifices she made for others is unexplainable. She was the apple of the family, the glue of the family, the one who made us come together and stick together. To know her was to love her. She would light the room up every time she walked in with her loud voice and her big smile.
On Christmas Eve, 2022, Trina Newman-Townsend had just finished delivering toys to a shelter for children in need and gotten her foster children into her car, when she was struck and killed by a speeding driver. The driver fled the scene but was caught almost two weeks after the collision.
Ryan Christian Davis & Asia Marie Boatwright
Ryan Christian Davis and Asia Marie Boatwright were killed by a drunk driver fleeing from the California Highway Patrol on the 21st of April 2021. They were t-boned at a speed of over 80mph, which was 45 mph over the speed limit. Both the light of their family’s lives, their young lives were taken too soon, in the prime of their lives.
