Here is the breakdown of the 3 bills - Senate Bill 961, Senate Bill 1509, and Senate Bill 1297:

SB 961 - Vehicle Speed Technology Bill

SB 1509 - Creating Greater Accountability for Speeding

SB 1297 - Pacific Coast Highway Traffic Safety
