Streets Are For Everyone

Latest in Advocacy: Angelino Heights - Street Racing

We acknowledge that state and local agencies are attempting to do something about street racing but with limited funding and a lack of tools, these efforts have been ineffective at reversing the numbers of illegal and dangerous street racing, street takeovers, and sideshows in Southern California.

We are not attempting to “cancel” those who enjoy showing off their cars and driving skills. We simply want these illegal activities to be taken off city streets where innocent lives can be lost and the peace of residential communities like Angelino Heights shattered. Enjoy street racing and sideshows on a racetrack, in a controlled environment where it can be done in a way that is fun and safe.

Basic Ask

It’s time for the City of Los Angeles to prioritize the long-term health and safety of the community over the short-term profits of a corporation.
